Whisky. Where it all started. When our founder Tyler first had his distillery dream it was to produce top-notch Tasmanian Single Malt. Five years onwards and we have had a number of releases, all of which have not been on the shelves for long. Our 7K Single Malt is lighter in texture due to our one-of-a-kind tall pot still, and is carefully decanted, tasted and given the perfect amount of dilution (if required) to ensure its exquisite flavour for you to enjoy at home, at your favourite bar, or wherever you choose.

Sweet Cadbury chocolate and caramel hits
Nose
Rich charred plums and pineapple open up the nose, before moving towards boozy toffee apple caramel and Toblerone.
Palate
Sweet Cadbury chocolate and caramel hits before a transition to cherry ripe & heavily stewed red delicious apples, doused in caramelised white chocolate.
Finish
Warming cinnamon and pea hay linger on the finish with milk chocolate.
