Fruity and flowery - botanicals balanced to perfection
Our Modern Tasmanian Gin is a great addition to your more delicate summer cocktails. Bringing Zest and complex floral notes.
INGREDIENTS
60ml of 7K Modern Tasmanian Gin
30ml of lime juice
20ml of sugar syrup
White peach wedge
METHOD
Add all liquid ingredients to a shaker, along with some ice. Shake well with ice, then double strain. Serve in a coupe glass, and garnish with white peach.

20ml of Fino Sherry
Barspoon of pickled onion liquid
Skewer of pickled onions
METHOD
Combine the gin and sherry in a mixing glass or cocktail shaker with ice, Stir for about 30 seconds, then strain into an elegant coupe glass. Skewer some pickled onions then add for garnish.
