A Golden Syrup nose with treacle, ripe banana, dried figs and notes that conjure up memories of a forest floor. Tobacco and cigar smoke with a nice aroma of a spiced Christmas cake. The body starts sweet with a savoury glazed jerky & Apera wine, transitioning towards a dry hickory, burnt cinnamon and tobacco spices. A slightly spicy, bone dry finish, akin to dry cocoa.
