A summer classic, one that can only be improved on by making sure you use our Modern Tasmanian Gin. When the warm weather starts to crawl its way back into our lives, this is one recipe we can’t wait to dust off. Best served with friends.


INGREDIENTS
60ml of 7K Modern Tasmanian Gin
30ml of lime juice
20ml of sugar syrup
White peach wedge

METHOD
Add all liquid ingredients to a shaker, along with some ice. Shake well with ice, then double strain. Serve in a coupe glass, and garnish with white peach.
