Sand dunes and salty air

Another hands down epic gin from the 7k distillery. The flavour profile was well balanced and took me back to the sand dunes and salty air of the Med on a warm summer evening. Crystal clean gin served perfectly with cucumber and lime, fresh berries and basil, a slice of lemon and a sprig of thyme or a well crafted tonic, absolute heaven.

Superb gin with botanicals that sing.

This was an unexpected bonus on the other 7K Gins that I had already tried. And the superb, floral and juniper notes that are well balanced but... somehow unique, bring this gin right up there in my pantry!
