60ml of 7K Modern Tasmanian Gin 30ml of lime juice 20ml of sugar syrup White peach wedge
Add all liquid ingredients to a shaker, along with some ice. Shake well with ice, then double strain. Serve in a coupe glass, and garnish with white peach.
