Raspberry, gin and sparkling come together to make a delicious, floral and fruity cocktail. Good sparkling gives a healthy zip and accentuates the fresh, floral nose.
45ml of 7K Tasmanian Raspberry Gin
20ml of sugar syrup
Splash of sparkling wine
In a flute glass add the 7K Raspberry Gin and sugar syrup. Stir, then top with sparkling wine and add a few fresh raspberries to garnish.
