7KD032 - Pinot Cask, Finished in a seasoned Bourbon - 42.9% 500ml 

Age: 2 years, 6 months entire maturation

Nose: Mellow toffee & candied violets start up on the nose, before a hessian sack full of oak chips sits on a bed of hay.

Palate:  Dried prunes deliver with flamed Old Fashioned orange zest. Transitioning into a savoury charcuterie laced with hessian. 

Finish: Charred oak sugars linger.
