Real coffee. Really good liqueur.
We did a lot of things to this liqueur that get coffee aficionados excited. Luckily for everyone else, we did them to make a great coffee liqueur, not to impress gourmets. If cold brewing, Zimmah Coffee and flavour extraction mean nothing to you, that’s fine. All you really need to know is that this liqueur has a big black coffee flavour with a bit of orange and spices. And that it’s excellent for sipping, mixing or popping in a cheeky dessert.
Made using quality coffee roasted by Zimmah Coffee in Tasmania and cold brewed to extract the rich coffee flavours slowly, cutting out the bitterness.
