FEAR THE REAPER

As simple as it is spicy. Big rewards for those who brave the intimidating name and get stuck into this powerfully flavoursome cocktail.


INGREDIENTS
45ml of 7K Dry Chilli Gin
30ml of 7K Modern Tasmanian Gin
20ml of Dolin Blanc Vermouth (sweet clear vermouth)
Burnt red banana pepper

METHOD
Add both gins and vermouth into a mixing glass, and stir well. Strain into an elegant coupe glass, and garnish with a big burnt red banana pepper.
