Make good use of that rich raspberry and create a fruity masterpiece. The Fruit Bowl Frappé is jam-packed with fruit flavour (and a good dose of vitamin C). Superb on a hot afternoon.

30ml of 7K Tasmanian Raspberry Gin
30ml of 7K Modern Tasmanian Gin
60ml of pineapple juice
30ml of lime juice
20ml of sugar syrup
Pineapple ribbon

Add all gin, juice and syrup to a shaker. Shake well with ice, then double strain into a tall glass with thinly sliced pineapple ribbon and ice. For extra impression, burn the pineapple ribbon.
