Raspberry Rose Fizz

 


This cocktail is as delightful to drink as it is to look at, making it the perfect centrepiece for your Valentine’s celebrations.

INGREDIENTS

45ml Raspberry Gin

10ml rose syrup (simple syrup infused with rose water)

15ml fresh lemon juice

Sparkling water or prosecco

Fresh raspberries and a rose petal for garnish


METHOD

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Raspberry Gin, rose syrup, and lemon juice. Add ice and shake well.

Strain the mixture into a chilled glass (a coupe or flute works beautifully).

Top with sparkling water for a lighter fizz or prosecco for extra indulgence.

Garnish with fresh raspberries and a single rose petal for an elegant finishing touch.
