A Bloody-Mary-like feast for the senses. Big flavour, big ingredients list and a big hit with cocktail-lovers.

60ml of 7K Dry Chilli Gin
20ml of lemon juice
10ml of Worcestershire sauce
180ml of tomato juice
Pinch of pepper
Salt for rim
Charred green banana pepper

Place ice cubes into a cocktail shaker, then add all liquids and a pinch of pepper. Shake all until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a tall glass rimmed with ice, then garnish with charred green banana pepper.
