A fresh and vibrant take on the classic Negroni, using 7K Distillery Raspberry Gin for a fruity, slightly tart twist.

INGREDIENTS

30ml 7K Distillery Raspberry Gin

30ml Dolin Blanco Vermouth

30ml Campari or White Possum Scarletta

Ice

Orange peel (for garnish)

METHOD

Fill a mixing glass with ice.

Pour in 7K Raspberry Gin, Dolin Blanco, and your choice of Campari or White Possum Scarletta.

Stir well for 20–30 seconds until well chilled.

Strain into a short rocks glass filled with a large ice cube.

Garnish with a fresh raspberry and or an orange peel twist to enhance the citrus and berry notes.
